Sophia Morrow (Ronnette), a senior, has been a part of Grant High School’s theatre department since she started. As a freshman, she was one of the 3 Dynamites in “Hairspray.” Her sophomore year, Sophia was the lead in Grant’s production of “The Wiz” as Dorothy. Her junior year she played multiple roles in the cast of “Spamalot,” and this year she’s pleased to play Ronnette in “Little Shop of Horrors.” She will be attending Oregon State University next year and will continue to get involved in theatre and music. Quinci Freeman-Lytle (Chiffon) is a senior and is so excited to participate in Little Shop of Horrors. Throughout her four years of high school, Quinci has been in Grant’s productions of Grease and The Wiz. She also sings in the A Capella choir. She would like to thank Mr. Lane for being an awesome mentor since she was a freshman!
Claire Wheeler (Crystal), a junior, has been involved with Grant theater for the past three years. Claire is also a member of the Grant High School Royal Blues and captain of the Dance team. She would like to thank John Eisemann, Chris Lane, and Julana Torres for constantly pushing her to be a better performer throughout the past three years! Claire would also like to thank her best friend Lily for being wonderful, and her rock for the last twelve years. And last she would like to say thank you to Quincy and Sophia for being the best trio she could have ever asked for. She wishes them the best of luck in whatever the world may bring them after high school.
Jack Aldisert (Mushnik), a senior, is an enigmatic warrior-poet who has claimed many prizes in the heat of battle. His life story is the most interesting in the world, but if you want to know about it you should ask him in person. I wish he hadn’t broken my heart all those years ago…
Maia Dooney (Audrey) is a senior and this is her fourth year in the Grant High theater department. Having been in productions since freshman year, she is more than excited for the final production of her high school career. Performance will undoubtedly be in her future, however, the many wonderful people, memories, and fun times had through these experiences will certainly be missed and fondly remembered..
Henry Belliveau (Seymour), a sophomore, is real pumped to be returning to the Grant stage for his fifth time. He would also like to add that Olivia Bozarth is his life inspiration, love and birth mother to all his talents.
Michael Kepler Meo (Orin), a sophomore, is happy to be returning to the Grant stage. His previous performances include Patsy in Monty Python’s Spamalot and Cléante in Tartuffe earlier this year. Michael enjoys running track and cross country and singing classical music.
Isaiah Zimmerman (Audrey II) is a junior and this is his first year at Grant High School. This is his third appearance on the Grant stage. He has previously appeared in the One Acts and Moliére’s Tartuffe. He is involved in Choir and Dance along with Theatre. He is honored to have been accepted into the various arts departments here and would like to thank Jessica Murray for introducing him to this wonderful school.music.
